PSQUARE OPENS UP ON THEIR ARGUEMENT

Psquare have finally broken their silence on what lead to their rumoured breakup and how they settled thier issue.
Psquare spoke extensively on an interview on Hip tv on wednesday on the break up rumour and what led to it.
The duo said the news started as a normal argument which was not supposed to be in the public knowledge. They explained that they have always had heated argument but were surprised at how that one got to the public in spite of their insistence that the matter should be dropped.
“It was a funny period in our lives, because the story kept changing by the day because we were not talking and when we decided to talk again, it too another dimension which actually amased us. At a point, we asked ourselves, where were all these stories coming from? But we could not find an answer to it. It was at that point that we decided to be more careful about it”.

Asked what led to the argument in the first place and why it was impossible for them to stop it from spreading, they said “anything could have led to an argument but the most important thing was to manage it and make sure both parties are fine with whatever conclusion you arrive at. The issue had long been resolved but we kept hearing and reading different versions”.
To some people, the fight was said to have started because of their decision to settle down and live with their wives, but the  artistes said it was far from the truth. “People have been saying it was because of our wives, especially because somebody shuns another person’s wedding. All these were lies; our argument had nothing to do with that. Our decision was that since this rumour started through our music, we will use music to settle it, so we concentrate on our new album and the whole thing went down like it never happened”.
Asked if their collaboration with US superstar, Usher was a lie, Psquare said it was not. “We did feature Usher but we didn’t say much about it because we didn’t shoot the video. Psquare will not do a big collaboration without shooting its video. Usher was not the only foreign artiste that we didn’t make noise about. We actually did feature Busta Rhymes in a song but things did not work out”.
